Specializing in construction, property management, finance and accounting, Mr. Richerson has managed and executed upon lending arrangements including equity joint ventures, participating lenders, forward take-outs, pre-sales and HUD financing. Throughout Mr. Richerson's 30-year career, he has been involved in the development and operations of over 6,000 units throughout the Southeast and Texas.
He has served as Controller and/or Financial Officer in various corporations and entities including Leadership Housing Systems, Inc., The Harlon Group, Inc., Gibraltar Companies and others.
His experience in accounting, financial reporting, tax planning and construction loan administration have provided the basis for the consistently effective financial management of major construction and property management ventures.
