Currently, Ken Wazyniak is a Property Management Associate at Phillips Development & Realty, LLC. He is responsible for assisting the Vice President of Property Management in all of his capacities and streamlining management activities.
Ken has a diverse work background in the real estate industry. Previously, Ken worked for The Cypress Company, a private equity investment firm located in St. Petersburg, Florida. As an Acquisition Strategist with The Cypress Company, he was responsible for locating potential office acquisitions in the Western United States.
Ken earned his bachelor's degrees in Real Estate and Management from Florida State University. At Florida State, Ken served as President and Treasurer of Phi Gamma Delta fraternity, and he still remains involved in Cheers for Charity, an annual cheerleading competition which raises money for various charitable organizations.
A resident of St. Petersburg, Ken enjoys swimming and golfing in his spare time.
