As vice president of construction services for PDR, Phil Baker’s focus is the effective management of each project. With support from the expert construction services team, he applies his exhaustive knowledge of commercial, residential and high-rise systems to maximize control and successfully fulfill project objectives. He exhibits leadership for the standardization of processes, uniform reporting of key indicators and outstanding team collaboration.
Prior to joining PDR, Baker served as senior vice president of construction and development for Tower Development Group/Ashkenazy & Agus, LLC in Boca Raton, Fla., where he worked on residential, office and retail projects. His extensive resume also includes experience with HDC International, Inc., where as senior project manager/authorized owner's representative, he was responsible for delivery of Tampa's Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. While at E Baker Management and Development, Inc., he led work on tower one of Houston's Endeavor Condominium, a $43 million high-rise, as well as multiple Caribbean developments. Before jumping into owner representation, Phil worked for one of the largest general contractors in the world, managing hospitality, retail, educational, research & development and residential projects.

An alumnus of Auburn University, he received his bachelor's degree in construction management. He has served on the membership committee for Associated Builders and Contractors, and has completed his Certified OSHA 10-hour Training. This father of five enjoys golf, baseball and spending time with his family.
