Noelle Brockway has over 20 years in the Multi-family industry. She is responsible for numerous assets within our organization. Some of her responsibilities include on-site management, employee & manager training, resident retention, customer satisfaction, and the over seeing of new multi-family community lease-ups.

Noelle was recently promoted from Regional Manager to the Vice President of Multi-family Operations here at Phillips Development & Realty/Ovation Realty Management.

Beginning her career in the Multi-family industry in 1998, she holds the accreditation of Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) as well as Accredited Resident Manager (ARM).

Brockway prides herself in mentoring her employees while empowering them with her knowledge and experience and has been a valuable member of the PDR team since 2014.

She is an avid Buffalo Bills fan and enjoys traveling.
